The Adamantite Helmet can be crafted with 12 Adamantite Bars at a Mythril Anvil. The Adamantite Helmet is red in appearance, like all the other pieces of Adamantite gear. It's one tier above the Mythril set and one tier lower than the Hallowed Set.

It's the 3rd helmet in the Adamantite Headgear series, and is the one used for Melee and has the highest amount of defence of the three.
