The Chest Statue is a Statue found Underground. It spawns a Mimic when Wired to a Trigger. Up to three statue-spawned Mimics may be alive at one time.

NotesEdit

• Spawned Mimics are adapted to the environment the statue is placed in. For example, activating the statue in The Underworld will yield a Shadow Chest variety of Mimics. One spawned on the surface, however, will have the appearance of an ordinary Chest.
• Mimics spawned by the chest statue will drop no items.
• The Chest Statue can be used to spawn Mimics in non-hardmode worlds.
