The Cobalt Breastplate is crafted with 20 Cobalt Bars at an anvil. It is part of the Cobalt Armor set. Like all Hardmode shirt items, a Cobalt Breastplate is required in the crafting of the Hallowed Plate Mail.

Pre 1.0.3Edit

In patch 1.0.3, this item was removed from the game and replaced with the Jungle Shirt. Prior to the update, the Cobalt Breastplate could only be obtained as a drop from Hornets. Other than the sprite, method of attainment, and name, the stats and other info remain unchanged. Any user with this item before the patch had it replaced with a jungle shirt.
