Does this affect critters ?
(PC): As of my world, so far I have seen nothing but critters spawning around where I placed it but I so far noticed that when its placed near NPC homes about nothing spawns other than insects and when I have Peace Candles placed in other places (in houses or not) I still get Slimes occasionally.
