The Twins are a hard mode boss that is spawnable using a Mechanical Eye. This is a farily simple boss battle, if you want to put it simply it is just two eyes of Cuthulu at the same time. 

This Boss is a hard-mode only boss, which is made availabe after you have beat The Wall of Flesh.

It is recommended to have another player help you with this fight, as it is very difficult to fight alone.
