The Alien Queen is a flying enemy that is present during the Lunar Events (namely during the fights with Vortex Pillar). It shoots small blue projectiles that can cause the Distorted debuff.

On death it spawns a certain amount of Alien Larva, which quickly grow into Alien Hornets.
