The Fish Statue is a functional Statue resembling the Goldfish. When Wired to a Trigger and activated, the statue will spawn Goldfish (up to three at a time). During a Blood Moon, however, Corrupt Goldfish will be spawned.

FarmingEdit

Statue-spawned goldfish drop Goldfish loot, which can be sold for two silver coins each. By selling the goldfish, a player can earn a moderate amount of money. Even more money can be earned when multiple statues are employed. if you hook up 3 of these to a crabengine, with a thin layer of lava underneath the fish statues, and you stand underneath the statues, with a nearby npc, you can make about a platinum coin every 20 minutes.

On a Blood Moon, corrupt goldfish spawn. Statue-spawned corrupt goldfish drop coins, so when the statue is positioned over a thin layer of lava, this statue can be used to farm a generous amount of coins.
