A Lens is an item that is dropped by Demon Eyes. However, they are not dropped by their Hardmode counterpart, the Wandering Eye. Six of these are required to make a Suspicious Looking Eye at a Demon Altar, which can be used to summon Eye of Cthulhu. Three of these are required along with 5 Copper Bars, 5 Iron Bars, and 7 Souls of Light to make the Mechanical Eye at a Mythril Anvil, which can be used to summon The Twins.
