Pumpkin Walls are background walls made from Pumpkin. Like all walls, they are used to make NPC housing, as decoration, and to stop monsters from spawning in areas that they are placed.

In Housing

Pumpkin walls have a wavy texture that resembles curtains when painted. This can be useful when placed near glass windows, and made even more realistic by including a metal shelf at the top to resemble certain rings or painted pumpkin blocks to resemble a valance. Here is an example.
