The Obsidian Skin Potion is a Potion that gives total immunity/protection to Lava, Hellstone, Hellstone Bricks, and Meteorite Ore. In contrast, the Obsidian Skull only provides immunity to the three blocks, not lava.

NotesEdit

• This potion may be used in conjunction with the Gills Potion, Flipper, Diving Helmet, or any combination of the three, allowing increased navigation in lava. The Neptune's Shell, however, has no effect in lava. Keep in mind though, you can drown in lava.
• Make sure to keep an eye on the potion's timer. Being under lava when the buff wears off almost always spells instant death.
• The Obsidian Skin Potion is very useful when mining Hellstone or fighting the Wall of Flesh.
