The Servant of Cthulhu is a monster that is summoned by the Eye of Cthulhu during the first stage. The Servant of Cthulhu is a weaker version of the Demon Eye that can fly through walls like the Eye of Cthulhu. The best way to avoid them is to aim for the iris of Eye of Cthulhu, otherwise they can be an annoyance. The colored eyeball part is a few pixels larger than the demon eyes.
