That's correct, anonymous users are not able to have blog posts, so we just mark these for deletion (see the deletion notice I just left on that page as an example) and go back and delete them later. Sometimes we delete them immediately, but preferably it's nice to at least give the person a week's chance to save the information if they want before it's deleted. (If they specifically ask later, it can always be undeleted too, so nothing is really permanently lost anyways.)

I've noticed that when the Console template is placed above the infobox in source mode (and a clrl template is implemented) it will push the infobox down. However, if it is placed below the infobox in the source, it will be located side-by-side as intended, while the embedded clrl template clears the text below the boilerplate box. I noticed the [http://terraria.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_Skull?oldid=345355 uneven layout] just before, and if the clrl templates were removed from both, the text located below the boilerplate would have wrapped and been squashed in between the Console template and the infobox.
