The Spike is an uncraftable item only found in Dungeons. They inflict 40 damage against a player without any armor and can be collected with any hammer or hamaxe. They do not harm monsters or NPCs.

NotesEdit

• Spikes are a very effective defense mechanism on PvP servers, as it takes some time to hammer each Spike.
• These can be used for castle homes for extra detail.
• They can be destroyed with a Bomb or a Sticky Bomb, and can also be destroyed with Dynamite.
• With the best hammer, the Hamdrax, three hits are required to remove a spike.
• As in the image, the spike's appearance is altered drastically depending on how it and adjacent spikes are placed.
