Stingers are dropped from Hornets, Big Stinger and Little Stinger, which are found only in Underground Jungles. A total of 42 Stingers are needed to make all the items that require it, which are: Blade of Grass, Jungle Shirt, and Thorn Chakram. Consider using an item that you can use to maneuver around (Angel Wings, Demon Wings, Grappling Hook, Dual Hook, or Ivy Whip) so that you can harvest many at a time without falling down through the Underground Jungle and killing yourself from fall damage.
