- Even though this was moved w/o discussion, we can still figure out the right place. While it is nice to use in-game terminology, we can do what's best for us. Not sure if this belongs here but, It would be really helpful to list the amount of damage these do. I'm trying to set up a trap with a metric ton of explosives to instantly kill skeletron prime and knowing the exact amount of damage it does would be really nice.--71.236.29.119 15:46, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
- I just tried this with Eye of Cthulhu. I laid out three single blocks of explosives connected to three separate switches. One at a time I set them off with the eye approximately on top of the explosives. They did 281, 250(ish) and 241 damage. I think the first might have been a "critical", because I also tried on some normal monsters and it was usually around 250 damage. Explosive Damage Stacks[]
In 
Mobile edition, I made this landmine that consisted of Explosives blocks. I set it off, and I was at maximum health. Obtained all the Heart Crystals, 400/400 health. It dealt about 450 damage to me, instantly killing. I don't have a picture to prove it, but I witnessed it. This relates to a question: can Explosives blocks deal critical hits?
