I believe that Shrimpy Truffle gets 100% speed bonus when leaving water for 6 seconds or when player is below 50%, which is 66 on 1.4 PC version (unsure about console), NOT 82 like stated (which is 150%, only submerged).
Speed boost on Console[]
Hello, I have done some testing on Console edition, and I have found that you get a speed boost when you are at/below 50% health, while the page only says it is on Desktop and Mobile.
