The Midas debuff causes affected enemies or players drop more coins than usual on death. Affected entities glow golden, much like Ichor. No enemies inflict the debuff, and players can only receive it in PvP combat.
Rather than causing a higher-tiered coin to drop if the coin stack goes to 100 or over, it will drop the total amount of the increase and convert it on pickup. For example, if Midas causes 110 to drop, they will convert to 110 only if the character picks them up.
