Hello Terrarians! Welcome to the tenth issue of The Terrarian Bugle! I can't believe we've made it a whole ten issues! I just want to thank you all for your support. It really means a lot and it encourages me to continue releasing these. Today we're going to blow through the update info as there is not much to report, enjoy some of the normal weekly events, and check out some of the best sprites I have ever seen! Thanks for reading and enjoy! :D

Update Info

There isn't much to say here other than the fact that the Devs are working on the Lunar update. With that said, I thought we should have a few polls to see what the community wants!

What type of fight should this Lunar boss fight be?

The poll was created at 06:16 on June 21, 2014, and so far 82 people voted.

What do you think would ruin the Lunar update?

What would ruin the update?

The poll was created at 16:15 on June 21, 2014, and so far 81 people voted.

What class do you think should be buffed?

The poll was created at 18:02 on June 21, 2014, and so far 87 people voted.

We currently have no word from 505 games concerning the next console update. I believe that it may take awhile due to Hardmode coming to mobile soon.

Hardmode is on the way, Mobile Terrarians! I hope you're excited! Other than that, there is not much else to report.

Exclusive interview with a member of this Wiki

For this week's interview, I interviewed an interesting character that goes by the name Freenight. I have to say, this has probably been the best interview I've ever done.

TerrariamcSwaggins: I believe you are next up for a bugle interview, are you up to it?

Freenight: M-m-m-me? :O

TerrariamcSwaggins: Yes, you. xD

Freenight: Sure :P

TerrariamcSwaggins: Alright, first question, what is your favorite boss and why?

Freenight: That would have to be the twins. As to why, out of the three mech bosses they were the most grievous towards me. Pouncing upon me unannounced, foiling my attempts to kill them over and over. I also like the surprise they give me when Spazmatism entered 2nd stage

TerrariamcSwaggins: Yes, you have no idea how much trouble I have with those fools. P_P Next question, about how long have you played Terraria for? (STEAM hours and/or how long you've had it for)

Freenight: Let's see... steam clocked me at 384 hours. I believe 20~30 hours was played in offline mode. I started on Terraria with the mobile version some time around Easter. 3 weeks afterwards I started on PC version, so it's been 3 months I believe. A fair estimate of how long I've played Terraria would be around 500 hours.

TerrariamcSwaggins: Alright, so 3 months with about 500 hours?

Freenight: Pretty much.

TerrariamcSwaggins: Next question, what monster, not boss, just plain old monster, do you hate most in Terraria?

Freenight: That would have to be the mages in hardmode dungeon; Diabolist, Necromancer and Ragged Caster, in that order. Caught unaware, they spell a quick death for the fools who ventured into the dungeon.

TerrariamcSwaggins: Yeah, I was never a big fan of the Hardmode dungeon mages. What is the hardest boss fight you've ever had? Give us a little story 'bout it.

Freenight: Hardest boss battle.... that would probably be the new boss in 1.2.4 update, Duke Fishron. Arrogant in my belief that no boss could possibly outmatch the healing prowess of Vampire Knives with the defense of Beetle Armor, I made my way to the ocean. I called forth the abomination, and lo and behold, the monstrous strength, the murderous bubbles and the multitude of sharnados that can rip any man(and woman) into chunks. The ocean floor was littered with my graves, and countless others. After deciding Duke is not something to be faced alone, I brought together a team of 3 men, valiant and brave. A mage, a tanker, and one who spawns countless pumpkin heads. We brought down the boss after so many losses, and we celebrated with joy.

TerrariamcSwaggins: That was the greatest thing I have ever read, my eyes are legit, tearing up. Final question, what is your favorite biome and why?

Freenight: That would be Snow biome and its underground. Ice has always been my favorite element in any game. The music, melodious, calming and has a certain charm to it. Make your way through the ice with your pickaxe, the sound of crunching ice blocks comes, as if you're crunching ice chunks in your mouth. Not to mention the snow biome holds the animal I like to see the most in any RPG; Wolf. The speed at which they hurl into you, rending with their fangs and claws, is a sight to behold.

TerrariamcSwaggins: Awesome, the Snow biome is quite cool. (Hehe, get it? T_T) Anyways, I believe that's it! I think this has been probably the best interview for the bugle I've ever seen, thanks for putting your time into these massive walls of entertaining knowledge! 0_0

Freenight: Not a problem.
