Hello Terrarians! Welcome to the twenty-sixth issue of The Terrarian Bugle! The support for this has been really great, thank you all! Today we have a little Console update info to go through, then we'll check out our normal weekly events, then we're going to continue our ongoing series; a complete showcasing of DerpoTheMagnificent's sprites, and finally, we'll have a look at SilverHexxitFights' next episode in his story! No word from the developers regarding any spoilers for 1.3, but we suspect that one will be out soon.
We have news of a Console update headed for you console-gamers any day now!
505 Games states:

Fresh on the heels of Mobile 1.2 and today's fix for some of the Android issues, we are quite pleased to bring a nice early present to our console fans: a quick update with some fixes, desired features, and a handful of festive goodies sure to keep you warm on even the coldest of days. These should go live within the next few days - with Xbox and Playstation being first and Vita coming a bit later (but still within a week). If anything happens to delay things, we will let you know.
We look forward to continuing to bring our console users further updates in the months to come."

TerrariamcSwaggins: Hey! Would you like to be interviewed for the wiki's official newspaper, the Terrarian Bugle?
TrueCobalion: Sure thing!
TerrariamcSwaggins: Great! First question, what is your favorite boss and why?
TrueCobalion: My favorite boss probably has to be Plantera. Its design is clever, its music is insane, and the setting for it is intense.
TerrariamcSwaggins: Admittedly, Plantera music is my favorite music in the game. Next question, what is your favorite biome and why?
TrueCobalion: I like the Crimson. Its pre-Hardmode stuff is pretty useful like the Crimson Rod and the Panic Necklace, it's slightly helpful during Hardmode, its concept of flesh and blood seems unique, and the music is intense and its boss is pretty fun.
TerrariamcSwaggins: Aye, the Crimson is certainly an unique biome. Next question, what do you prefer most: Exploring, fighting, or building?
TrueCobalion: I'd love the fighting part of the game. The weapon variety is plenty, many monsters to kill, and there's constant planning for their attacks and statistics. Magic is completely awesome, especially the usage of mana to get rid of monsters. Bow and Guns can pick monsters off from a distance. And finally, melee may have a powerful damage, but you have to be up close for it.
TerrariamcSwaggins: Indeed, fighting is probably one of the best parts of the game. Final question, if you could add anything to the game, what would it be?
TrueCobalion: I would add a new type of floating island. It would look like a small fortress in the sky. The monsters would mostly be Harpies, but there would also be hints of flying creatures like Giant Bats.
TerrariamcSwaggins: Kinda like a mini sky Dungeon?
TerrariamcSwaggins: Sounds awesome! Anyways, that's a wrap! Thank you for your time!

Night's Edge: Episode 3
The Jungle's vines blurred into a cut heap before the whizzing blue Muramasa. Delighting in his new power, the adventurer was ready to conquer the evils beneath. And conquer he would have to...
Beneath the surface of the already deadly green land, insects buzzed and plants twitched as if with an unseen breeze.
As he landed on the floor, the adventurer was immediately beset upon by three gaping-mouthed plants, their tendrils stretching to the breaking point with desire for flesh.
They were sliced into pieces by the blue blade of the Muramasa, their entrails scattering the Jungle.
As the sword flew, enemies died everywhere. Its whizzing blue mass was enough to stop anything, it seemed.
The Jungle was dark, lit only by green patches here and there, glowing with an otherworldly light.
The adventurer started toward one, blade already in action. It cut through the wispy green spores and they were collected in a special vial.
Kneeling over the body of a dead hornet hours later, the adventurer considered. He had an anvil set up nearby, and he might be able to do something. But there was a golden wall in the way... if only...
His pickaxe cut through the sticky wall, meeting resistance and dragging uncomfortably. The adventurer's wrist jerked backwards, dislocated, and he fell to the ground in agony.
Bandaged wrist and all, he reached the anvil, and placed the spores and stingers onto it.
Out came a whip-thin green sword, textured like rope but a hundred times stronger. Its tip glowed with a deadly light. He swung it experimentally.
As if waiting for a cue, the hive exploded, a monstrous bee buzzing out and barreling into the adventurer's chest, throwing him into a muddy wall.
